Generally we provide FOB prices for all our products. If you require CIF or Insurance, please feel free to contact us for a quote!
Please allow up to 14-20 business days for Sea Freight and 1-3 business days for Air Freight (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days) to process and deliver your order.

PO Boxes
We apologize that we currently do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.
Policy and Terms
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from tobi.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Taxes and Duties
Orders from other countries may be subject to customs and duties fees upon arrival. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.
Currency Conversion
All payments and refunds are charged in US dollars. Currency conversion is for reference only. We suggest checking with the issuing bank of your credit card to find the exact exchange rate. We do not account for changes in exchange rates and will not issue price adjustments based on fluctuations of exchange rates.

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please make sure to double check that your shipping and billing information is correct before submitting your order.

Verification
For security purposes, our billing department may take extra measures to verify the cardholder’s identity and billing information.
If it appears that you have a "double charge" on your statement, what you are seeing is a pre-authorization - a common bank practice. Pre-authorization shows as a second charge, but it is actually a pending transaction that is not debited from your account. The authorization amount automatically clears once the purchase debit clears. How long that takes depends on the issuer of your credit card.
If we are unable to verify the billing information provided, our Billing Department will contact you at the email address for your account. If you do not respond within 3 days, your order will be canceled.
